Unbundled Legal Services

While I never advise anyone to attempt navigating the legal system without an attorney, for a variety of reasons, you may want to just do it on your own. If this is you, the first step is to schedule a consultation. Experience matters, and no matter how sophisticated you may be, you don't know what you don't know. A consultation, at a minimum, will give you a strategy moving forward.

At the Law Office of Jana K. Jones, PLLC, we offer unbundled legal services also known as a la carte legal services. All cases are the sum of their parts or stages. Unbundled legal services are services in which I do not represent you for your entire case. And, in some instances, I may not represent you at all. These services include but are not limited to:

• Reviewing and explaining pleadings and/or documents

• Drafting pleadings and/or documents

• Representing you for a specific hearing(s)

• Strategizing for specific hearings

• Advising you on the process/procedure

Costs associated with these services are less than traditional representation and may appeal to individuals who have challenges financing full representation. However, at the Law Office of Jana K. Jones, PLLC, we offer flat fees. Click the link to learn more.
